We typically review dozens of deals each month and only those that fit our stringent underwriting criteria move forward to closing.
- Potential portfolio benefitsMoney Partners have the potential to receive earnings based on their investment strategies and the assets they are invested in. It is typical for our money partner to receive 5% to 9% annually on capital invested with a monthly passive income strategy. Some money partners receive more with higher capital invested with the combination of money velocity. It is not uncommon for equity partners to earn more using a different strategy.
