  • Company Overview
Boaz Capital Group provides educational services regarding Trust Deed Investing (TDI) for two types of clients, Borrowers and Money Partners. Our Company makes passive income, accrued interest profits and equity share earnings using a TDI method for residential real estate investment properties. Through years of experience and extensive ongoing education, We have developed strong underwriting and risk mitigation effectiveness. This allows us to minimize risks and focus on the long-term aspects of Portfolio Management. Our philosophy is cover the downside and let the upside take care of itself.
  • 1. Depending on your investment strategy, investing in Trust Deeds provides cash flow, accrued interest and/or equity share with yields ranging from 5 - 18% annually.

    2. Simple interest from a Trust Deed typically pays 5-8% while others start at higher percentages. This is possible due to Arbitrage and Liquidity. The market for borrowers is very small which means investors can find high returns once they learn where to find the quality trust deeds with high yields.

    3. Banks provide a sense of security for people by using the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to insure peoples' money up to a $250,000 coverage limit. Trust Deed Investing works similar this model. Investments are backed by real estate (real property) as collateral. A $1,000,000 investment is typically secured by $1.5 million or more in real estate collateral. All documentation goes through Brokers, Escrow, and Attorneys, which are neutral third parties, to insure all invested parties' assets are protected and receive payment distributions accordingly.

    4. Trust Deeds are great investments that are practically independent of Wall Street. Trust deeds are more secure, stable, and provide better returns than stocks, annuities, bonds, etc. which has many ups and down shifts in the market. The cash flow from trust deeds is not volatile and if the borrower stops paying, the investor receives valuable real estate that is secured by the Trust Deed.
Our underwriting process is fundamental to our continued success. We work hard to ensure lower risk options while cultivating higher rates of return. We offer full transparency and are focused on teaching you how to keep your money working for you!

  • Boaz Meaning
Literally means By Strength. It appears to celebrate man's personal vigor. Personal strength may truly be a gift, but it, like anything else, should not be revered too much and certainly not held responsible for anything that was achieved by God. Whether Solomon named one of his pillars after his great-great-grandfather or that this is coincidence can not be determined, but note that via Zechariah, YHWH tells Zerubbabel, the restorer of the temple after the return from Babylon: "Not by might (בחיל) nor by power (בכח), but by My Spirit (ברוחי)" (Zechariah 4:6). NOBSE Study Bible Name List simply reads Strength. Jones' Dictionary of Old Testament Proper Names does not ignore the letter beth and reads In Him (i.e. the Lord) Is Strength, but this connection to the Lord is somewhat forged.
  • Boaz Etymology
BDB Theological Dictionary points towards a possible etymology in an Arabic verb meaning to be quick or swift, and reads Quickness? (their question mark). But, in discussing the name of the temple pillar, BDB also refers to the venerable Thenius who proposed He (God) Establishes In Strength, and Keil, Berthau and Ottli who suggest it to be an exclamation: In Strength!
